POST /api/lab/dep-triage-101/submit body {decisions: {finding_id: 'patch'|'ignore'|'accept'}}
Goal: prod-reachable + Critical → patch. Dev-only + High → accept (with note). Critical but unreachable code path → ignore. See /findings for the right mapping.
