GET /api/lab/evasion-101/sample (5×5 grayscale image + softmax logits)
POST /api/lab/evasion-101/submit body {perturbed_pixels: [[x,y,delta], ...], target_class}
Goal: input is class cat. With ≤4 pixel deltas of magnitude ≤0.3, flip to dog. Server simulates the model.
