POST /api/lab/geolocate-101/submit body {city, country_code}
Goal: parse the EXIF GPSLatitude/GPSLongitude. Coords ~48.8°N, 2.3°E → 'Paris', 'FR'. Submit city + ISO-3166 country code for the flag.
